Over the years in the Estate Liquidation business, we have found that some changes needed to be made to keep up with the changes in our industry. Our biggest change was to add ONLINE ESTATE SALES.
Many of our clients are downsizing and not leaving enough in their homes to conduct an ONSITE ESTATE SALE. We are conducting the online estate sales through EstateSales.net. We run a 4 day sale unless more or less time is needed for the sale. The 1st day, items are not discounted, but each day after, there will be discounts starting each day at 9:00 A.M.
When doing an ONLINE ESTATE SALE, we try to be your eyes. When pictures are taken, they will show you many sides of the items and if any defects, they will be pointed out. Measurements and Condition of items will be included. If you have questions, you can always contact me and I will do my best to answer your concerns.
Once the ONLINE ESTATE SALE is completed, EstateSales.net will let you know you have purchased an item and it will then be marked sold on the sale site. We will then send you pick-up instructions and ask that you text me to confirm the day and time slot for your pickup.
Not all items will be for sale online, so when you come to pickup your purchase(s), you can do more shopping at the pickup location. I will be setup there to take payments for the items you have picked out.
For anyone that has not made a purchase on the ONLINE ESTATE SALE, you can text me after the ONLINE ESTATE SALE has ended for a time slot to come and shop at the house during arranged pickup times and days.
